Ages 4-6

Little Kicks (U6)

A playful introduction to the world of soccer for our youngest athletes. Through age-appropriate games, obstacle courses, and mini-matches, children develop coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and social skills. Every session ends with a fun scrimmage and every player earns recognition for effort and sportsmanship. No experience necessary -- just enthusiasm!

1-on-1 Private Training

Fully personalized private sessions with Coach Alex Rivera, tailored to your child's specific development goals. Whether preparing for tryouts, recovering confidence after an injury, or accelerating technical growth, every minute is devoted to your player. Includes a written progress report after every four sessions and a customized at-home practice plan.

Ages 7-8

Junior Stars (U8)

Designed for players ready to build a strong technical foundation. Sessions focus on first-touch control, accurate passing, basic dribbling moves, and introductory shooting technique. Small-sided 4v4 and 5v5 games develop game awareness, decision-making, and creativity on the ball. Players begin to understand positions and teamwork concepts.

Skill Builders (U10)

An intermediate program bridging foundational skills with competitive play. Players refine dribbling under pressure, learn combination passing, practice crossing and finishing, and are introduced to set-piece execution. 7v7 match play with coaching intervention teaches reading the game, transition play, and communication on the pitch.

Ages 11-12

Rising Players (U12)

Advanced skill development and tactical understanding for competitive-minded players. Position-specific training covers attacking movement, defensive shape, midfield link-up play, and goalkeeper fundamentals. Players work on set pieces, 9v9 match scenarios, and video analysis sessions to prepare for travel team and select squad tryouts.

Elite Youth (U14)

High-intensity training for serious players aiming for club, high school, and ODP-level competition. Sessions cover advanced tactical systems, fitness and speed conditioning, mental toughness training, and full 11v11 match preparation. Players receive individual performance reports and video breakdowns to track their development throughout the season.

With over 15 years of coaching experience and a deep passion for youth development, Coach Alex Rivera has trained 500+ young players across every level -- from first-time kickers to state-level ODP competitors. A former collegiate player and USSF-licensed coach, Alex brings professional-grade methodology to every session while keeping the environment positive and fun.

We offer five age-based group programs: Little Kicks (U6) for ages 4-6, Junior Stars (U8) for ages 7-8, Skill Builders (U10) for ages 9-10, Rising Players (U12) for ages 11-12, and Elite Youth (U14) for ages 13-14. We also offer 1-on-1 Private Training for any player ages 4-16.

Not at all! Our Little Kicks and Junior Stars programs are designed for complete beginners. Every player is placed in the program that matches their age, and our coaches adapt each session to accommodate a range of skill levels within the group. All your child needs is a pair of cleats, shin guards, a water bottle, and a willingness to have fun.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a credit toward a future session. Monthly package holders can pause or cancel their subscription at any time with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.

We keep classes intentionally small to maximize individual attention. Little Kicks caps at 8 players, Junior Stars at 10, Skill Builders at 12, and Rising Players and Elite Youth at 14. This ensures every child gets meaningful coaching interaction and plenty of touches on the ball during each session.

Yes! Families enrolling multiple children receive an automatic discount. Little Kicks offers a 15% sibling discount, and all other group programs offer 10% off for each additional sibling. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Players should wear comfortable athletic clothing, soccer cleats (turf or firm ground), and shin guards. Bring a filled water bottle and, if the weather calls for it, sunscreen. We provide all training equipment including balls, cones, and bibs. Optional: a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard!

We accept credit and debit cards (processed securely through Stripe), Venmo, and Zelle. You can pay per session or choose our monthly unlimited package for the best value. All payment options are available during the booking process.

Yes! We run week-long intensive summer camps for all age groups from June through August. Camps include daily technical training, tactical sessions, scrimmages, and fun team-building activities.
