Cancellations by the Parent

  • 48+ hours before session: Full refund or free reschedule.
  • 24-48 hours before session: 50% refund or free reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours, or no-show: No refund. The session is forfeited.

Monthly Packages

  • Monthly tuition is billed for the upcoming month and is non-refundable once the month begins, except where required by law.
  • To cancel a monthly enrollment, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Pro-rata refunds may be issued at our discretion if a child cannot continue due to a disclosed medical reason, minus a small administrative fee.

Sibling Discounts

Sibling discounts (currently up to 10%) apply automatically when more than one child from the same parent account is enrolled in the same session. The discount is reflected at checkout.

Waitlists

If a session is full, your child can be added to the waitlist at no charge. If a spot opens up and we offer it to you, you have 24 hours to confirm and pay before we offer the spot to the next family.

Cancellations by the Academy

If we cancel a session for any reason (weather, coach unavailability, low enrollment, field issues), we will offer a full reschedule at your convenience or a complete refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for card payments are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days through Stripe. Refunds for Venmo and Zelle payments are returned via the same channel within 5 business days.

Drop-In & Trial Sessions

One-time drop-in or trial sessions are non-refundable once the session begins, but may be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice.
